SCRHL F-CANCER 4-on-4 Tournament Team & Individual Registration

Saturday, May 2nd and Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 at Cardel Rec South and/or Trico Centre

Register for tournament as an individual to be placed on a team OR register as a team of up to 9 players (8 skaters + 1 goalie)

INCLUDES:

• 4 Round-robin games per division + playoffs
• 30-minute games in a 4-on-4 format
• One referee and one timekeeper per game
• Custom reversible jerseys for each player per team

• Cash prizes for champions and finalist teams per division in playoffs
